The whole place to yourself …

Enjoy Newhouse Farm Oast on an exclusive basis. Choose your own start and finish dates, subject only to availability. Current rates are £249 per night for the whole property, using up to three bedrooms for 3 to 6 guests. While the Oast is wonderfully spacious, it is also wonderfully cosy, and we warmly welcome bookings for just 2 people and will reduce the daily rate for a couple by 10% for 4 and 5-night reservations, and 20% for 6 and 7-night bookings. We prefer a minimum 3-night stay, but may be persuaded if we have availability – so please enquire.

Sussex Stargazing …

This cosmic 5-night holiday includes exclusive use of the property; a private talk and stargazing evening hosted by our local astronomer; tickets for the Observatory Science Centre; an astronomy themed afternoon tea; and recommended day-trip itineraries.
